At San Da Vinci, we are committed to delivering your jewelry with care and efficiency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased through our website.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen factors.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
San Da Vinci is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
San Da Vinci is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We strongly recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
